Growth and discipleship
A monthly soul-winning target, who's discipling whom, and the tree they grow.
Transcript
Growth starts with a soul-winning target for the month, where the whole team can see it.
When someone comes to faith, add them, and the bar fills.
A discipleship program asks each member to walk with twelve people this year.
You see every stage, from people you're praying for to people discipling others.
And who's going furthest, so you can cheer them on.
Tree shows every discipler, and the generations growing from them.
Pick a person to follow their line: the people they reached, and who those people are reaching.
